In Our Country to Form any New State Procedure is written in Article 3 of The Constitution. If Central Government and State Government both are agree to for Formation of New State.
1.Than Firstly the Concerned State which having the Related control Area of The New State Will Give the Consent letter of his State Cabinet to Central Government.
2.Than Central Government will demand for Formal and Descriptive Proposal From State Government Which should be Passed by the Majority of State Assembly.
3.After Receiving the State Assembly's Majorities Letter the Central Government will Prepared New Legislation for Preparing of New State.
4.firstly this will go for Cabinet Approval and after that to President Of India.
5.Here President of India send this Proposal to The Concerning State for once Time More.
6.After Receiving the Consent letter from State the Legislation has Present to Parliament For Approval. When The Parliament approve: The Legislation will send to President of India for Signature and After signature the State will come in reality
